BRPL boosts grievance redressal cell, infrastructure

BSES Rajdhani Power Limited (BRPL) has undertaken a series of steps to boost its grievances redressal mechanism to deal with the power demands and consumer queries.

The claim comes days after areas of west and south Delhi experienced major power cuts, causing serious problems for residents.

According to a release, two circle control rooms will be operational to monitor breakdowns and faults, a 24-hour master control room at Nehru Place for monitoring power situation in BRPL areas and quick action teams to respond to emergency situations.
