Bus hits tree in fog, 18 hurt

Eighteen passengers, including the driver and conductor of a Haryana roadways bus, were injured after it collided with a tree in the fog.

Police said the incident occurred in Alipur at 10.30 am on Wednesday morning when the bus was heading for Palampur in Himachal Pradesh.

“The driver of the bus, Satish, couldn’t manoeuvre the bus in the fog,” said a senior police officer.
