Cabinet meeting brought forward
The union cabinet, which was scheduled to meet at 9.30 am on Monday, will now meet a day earlier at 7.30 pm on Sunday to discuss the lokpal and food security bills.

The union cabinet, which was scheduled to meet at 9.30 am on Monday, will now meet a day earlier at 7.30 pm on Sunday to discuss the lokpal and food security bills.
The rescheduling will help the government introduce the revised lokpal bill in the Lok Sabha by Tuesday.
Earlier on Saturday, Prime Minister Manmohan Singh said the government hoped to place the bill before the union cabinet by Sunday.
