CBI declines to comment on Delhi Police's claim on Aarushi
The CBI tonight declined to comment on the Delhi Police's claim of having found the mobile phone of teenaged girl Aarushi Talwar who was murdered at her Noida home more than a year ago.

The CBI tonight declined to comment on the Delhi Police's claim of having found the mobile phone of teenaged girl Aarushi Talwar who was murdered at her Noida home more than a year ago.
"The investigation is in progress and in consonance with the Supreme Court directions, CBI does not wish to share with the media any information about the case as it could hamper the investigation", CBI spokesman Harsh Bahal told PTI here.
He declined to confirm or deny the Delhi Police's claim that it has handed over to CBI Aarushi's phone found in Bulandshahr in Uttar Pradesh on Saturday.
