CBI going easy on big guns: Court
The special CBI court hearing cases relating to irregularities in the conduct of the Commonwealth Games grilled the agency on Wednesday.

The special CBI court hearing cases relating to irregularities in the conduct of the Commonwealth Games grilled the agency on Wednesday.
Special judge OP Saini asked why the CBI was “restraining” itself from arresting Organising Committee officials who allegedly accepted huge bribes while awarding contracts at inflated prices.
“Why are you (CBI) not arresting the receivers of the bribe amount?” the judge asked.
He made this remark while hearing a CBI plea for custodial interrogation of two persons arrested on Tuesday.
The duo was sent to CBI custody for five days as they were “required for confrontation with other conspirators...”
