Speaking about the recent suspension of three officers in the transport department over alleged irregularities in issuing auto permits, Kejriwal said his government will refer these cases to the CBI.

“We suspended three officers and I ordered vigilance probe. Now we will send this matter to the CBI. We send them (the CBI) things in which they find a lot of things. A few days ago we sent them an officer’s case and many kgs of gold biscuits were found.

“Recently a raid was conducted by Modiji. Nothing was found. My office was recently raided. If they raid my house they will find nothing else, but only 4 unaccounted mufflers,” Kejriwal said.

The AAP ran a campaign “Muffler Man Returns” during the Delhi assembly polls because of his trademark muffler he wraps his neck due to cough problem.

Kejriwal had launched a scathing attack after the CBI raided the Delhi Secretariat and accused the Centre of orchestrating it. While Kejriwal alleged that his office was raided under the pretext of raiding his principal secretary’s office, the investigating agency refuted the charges.

After the raid, Kejriwal called PM Modi a psychopath and coward, triggering a torrent of criticism from BJP leaders. Agency officials refuted Kejriwal’s charges, saying investigators raided the office of senior bureaucrat and CM’s secretary Rajender Kumar for allegedly favouring private firms in state tenders.
