The father of a disabled child has filed a petition in the Delhi high court alleging that his son, Aditya Birmani, was denied admission in nursery class in a reputed unaided private school in the Capital on the ground of his disability.

He approached the high court on Monday which directed the Delhi government to conduct an inquiry. Birmani's application was not considered in the special category.
