"We have formed special teams to investigate the case. Other parts of the body are also being searched in the nearby areas," said a senior police officer.

The police said that the man, who was in his early 30s, was killed somewhere else and his torso less body was placed in a white zipped bag outside a house in Defence Colony's C block.

"We are questioning the security guards of the area and are hoping to get a breakthrough soon. One thing is sure that the deceased wasn't the resident of Defence Colony, neither he worked here. The person who placed the bag was well-acquainted with the area as placing a bag during the nightime in the heavily barricaded and gated colony is not easy," the officer added.
