Couple held in Mehrauli for ‘torturing’ maid

South Delhi Police have arrested a couple for allegedly confining their domestic help and torturing her. Aninda and Ikeli Rai Barua suspected the 23-year-old of stealing jewellery, the police said.

South Delhi Police have arrested a couple for allegedly confining their domestic help and torturing her. Aninda and Ikeli Rai Barua suspected the 23-year-old of stealing jewellery, the police said.

After neighbours complained, the police raided their Mehrauli flat and rescued the maid.
