A city court rejected the plea of Mohammed Rafiq Shah, a Sarojini Nagar blast suspect, to allow him to pursue MPhil from Kashmir University.
The Delhi Police informed Additional Sessions Judge R K Chauhan that the authenticity of Shah’s application could not be verified. Shah, along with the prime accused Tariq Ahmed Dar and others, is facing trial for murder, attempt to murder and other offences under the IPC and theExplosive Substances Act.
