'CWG is an opportunity to improve road discipline'

With the Commonwealth Games (CWG) expected to bring in its wake traffic snarls, the Delhi Police today appealed to citizens to consider the event as an opportunity to improve discipline on roads.

With the Commonwealth Games (CWG) expected to bring in its wake traffic snarls, the Delhi Police today appealed to citizens to consider the event as an opportunity to improve discipline on roads. "We should consider the CWG as an opportunity, rather than as an inconvenience, to improve discipline on roads," said Special Commissioner of Police (Traffic) Ajay Chadha.

In a post on Delhi Traffic Police's Facebook account, he wrote, "We need your active participation in the effort."

Chadha said that the traffic police was getting a large number of reactions from citizens, particularly about CWG lanes.
