Cyclone Nilam-induced fog to stay in city till Nov 7

The Capital witnessed yet another foggy day on Saturday as a layer of shallow fog prevailed over the city.

Similar weather is expected on Sunday as well. On Saturday, the maximum temperature was recorded at 27.8 degree Celsius. This was three degree below the normal for this time of the year. The minimum was recorded at 15.2 degree Celsius, normal for this time.

According to the weatherman, the city is witnessing untimely fog due to high humidity levels caused by cyclone Nilam. The effect of the cyclone will be seen in the form of fog till November 7.

The city is expected to see a maximum of 28 degrees and a minimum of 15 degrees on Sunday.
