Delhi gangrape: 12 days in Tihar for bus driver

One of the accused in the 23-year-old woman’s gangrape case was remanded to 12 days’ judicial custody by a Delhi court on Tuesday.

He has already been identified during a test identification parade (TIP). Another culprit in the case will undergo TIP on Wednesday.

Mukesh, who was allegedly driving the bus when the crime was taking place and is the brother of co-accused Ram Singh, will remain in Tihar Jail till January 6, said metropolitan magistrate Pawan Kumar.

Another of the six accused, Akshay Thakur, will undergo TIP on Wednesday in Tihar jail.
