The Delhi government has denied any security related lacunae in the Delhi Airport Metro Express Line claiming that it has recived no such complaints. However, a final decision on whether the service will be secured by the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) personnel or other such agencies will be taken at a later date.

Speaking to the Lok Sabha,Minister of State for Home Affairs, Mullappally Ramachandran clarified that,"As and when any loopholes are found in the security of vital installations, including the Delhi Metro, the same are brought to the notice of the concerned agencies for plugging these loopholes." "So far as the security plan of Delhi Airport Metro Express Line is concerned, the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation has informed that it has recieved no complaints regarding loopholes" the minister enumerated further.
As per the Concessionaire Agreement, the Concessionaire shall engage the CISF or other approved security agencies to provide qualified staff and security equipment for standardised DMRC security procedures for passengers and baggage.
