Delhi Metro fixes responsibility, sacks senior official for mishap

The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation has finally put the onus of Sunday's accident on a senior official in-charge of Zamroodpur line where the mishap occurred, which killed six persons near Lady Sri Ram College Metro construction site in the nation capital on Sunday.

The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation has finally put the onus of Sunday's accident on a senior official in-charge of Zamroodpur line where the mishap occurred.

The accident killed six persons near Lady Sri Ram College Metro construction site in the nation capital on Sunday.

Vijay Anand, Director in-charge of the Central Secretariat-Badarpur Metro Line, was removed from his position on Wednesday.
