According to police, Ayush, a first year student at a private college in east Delhi, had yesterday got into a scuffle with two other students, identified as Amit Nagar and Tanuj Tiwari, over parking his car outside the college.

"Nagar and Tiwari allegedly beat up Ayush, who had to be rushed to a private hospital.

"He died there today during treatment," said a senior police officer. The accused were enrolled in a different course at the same college as the victim.

Police said that based on complaint filed by Ayush's parents, a case has been registered against both the accused, who have now been arrested.
