DTC to buy 625 more buses

Taking a step towards augmenting its fleet of buses, the DTC board approved a proposal to buy 625 more buses. Though the plan is to add 1,725 buses, senior officials said the bus corporation will buy 625 semi low floor buses in first phase.

Taking a step towards augmenting its fleet of buses, the DTC board approved a proposal to buy 625 more buses.

Though the plan is to add 1,725 buses, senior officials said the bus corporation will buy 625 semi low floor buses in first phase.

While 125 of these buses would be air-conditioned, 500 buses would be without air-conditioning system.
