"The weather has been pleasant for a very long time this year. Usually towards the end of March we see temperatures rising to late 30s. This year we have not even switched on the fans to full," said Satish Kumar, a resident of Punjabi Bagh.
Cold winds had been blowing in the city for the past two days. According to the weatherman, it is because of these winds that the temperature has come down in the last two days.
