A Dwarka resident had received Hindi expletive in response to his query about disposal of municipal solid wastes.

The MCD said that four persons received similar replies to their queries. The civic body said “majority of its public information officers, responsible for replying to queries under RTI act, had not changed the default password given by the IT department. It is suspected that someone who is aware of the default password logged in to the system to play mischief”.

“The officer concerned has filed a complaint with the cyber crime cell,” said Deep Mathur, MCD director (press& info).
