Even as a large number of fans are approaching the ticket booking agency, Ticketgenie, for a refund, many of them have failed to get their money back.

While some fans are awaiting their refunds after sending their tickets to the agency’s Bangalore office, there is confusion among many about the refund process.

Although the event management company, DNA Entertainment Networks, has dedicated four helpline numbers to address queries of buyers, thousands of callers are unable to connect to the company representatives due to busy network.

Besides, many buyers have not retained the booking ID number which has been sought by the company along with the ticket to avail the refund.
