Five people were injured in a cylinder blast in Nihal Vihar area of West Delhi on Sunday, an official said.

"Fire broke out in a home around 12 noon when the cooking gas cylinder exploded," a fire department official said.
He said two fire tenders were rushed to the spot and the situation was under control.
"We have taken those injured to a nearby hospital," said the official.
