The factory worker, identified as Deepak Shah, was arrested after the girl's medical report of the girl confirmed sexual assault.

Efforts are on to nab the two factory owners identified as Vicky and his partner Lucky, who are at large.

A senior police officer said the matter came to light after the victim complained about stomach ache to her parents, who took her to a hospital.

The doctors found that the girl was four months pregnant.

"The girl narrated the incidents to her parents. The girl's father runs a tea stall outside the factory and she used to serve tea to the factory workers," said the officer, adding the accused had even threatened to kill her.
