HC slams govt for challenging NHRC order

The Delhi High Court has slammed the Centre for challenging an NHRC order asking it to pay damages of Rs one lakh to a widow whose 28-year-old daughter suffered from medical complications after she was administered the wrong drug by Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital.
