Jindal case: court to hear bail pleas of Zee editors today
A Delhi court today will hear the bail pleas of two Zee News editors -- Sudhir Chaudhary and Samir Ahluwalia -- accused for allegedly extorting Rs. 100 crore from Congress MP Naveen Jindal's group.

Sudhir Chaudhary and Samir Ahluwalia had filed a fresh bail plea before the court, as first bail plea had been rejected on Wednesday.
The hearing was scheduled for hearing on Saturday as the public prosecutor for the case was unable to appear before court.
Delhi court on Friday sent the two senior Zee Group editors to 14-day judicial custody to Tihar Jail after the Delhi Police crime branch said their custodial interrogation was complete and they were no longer required in police custody.
Meanwhile both have admitted that the "advertisement agreement" they had handed over to Jindal Steel's representatives to secure advertisements worth Rs. 100 crore was drafted by them, police claimed on Friday.
