She sent the notice of a breach of privilege motion against Prime Minister Manmohan Singh for "misleading" the House over his remarks that the panel which probed the bribe-for-votes scam in 2008 had found insufficient evidence to draw any conclusions.

The Prime Minister had told Parliament last week that no bribe was paid while the Kishore Chandra Deo committee, that looked into the issue, had stated that bribe was paid.

There was pandemonium in the Lok Sabha over the issue. Sushma Swaraj was not allowed to speak in the House first over which Advani expressed his unhappiness.

Later the Lok Sabha was adjourned till 12:30 pm amid Opposition demands for immediate discussion on PM's statement on WikiLeaks expose.
