The helpline --011-22191736 -- has been operationalised in the DMRC control centre in Shashtri Park.

"The helpline will give the people all information about the condition of the injured, the restoration of traffic on the road at the accident site and other matters," Director (Operations), DMRC, Raj Kumar told reporters.
