A snag in the track circuit hit the Blue Line (Line 3 and 4), forcing trains to run at a restricted speed.

A Delhi Metro official said: "There was a technical glitch in the track circuit system at Rajouri Garden around 10.40am, because of which train movement was restricted. The problem was sorted out within 15 minutes."

Commuters were seen crowding at platforms along the busy route.
