“In failure to do so, the directions are issued to defendants No. 5 (registrar of the domain www.hubpages.com) to block the website hubpages.com from public access within India,” justice Singh said.

The court also asked the site to reveal the identity and contact details and of the hubber - author of the article against Nirmal Baba.

Nirmal baba in his civil suit alleged that Indijobs “deliberately” wrote defamatory articles about him with malafide intention of causing serious damage to his reputation.
