After Aarushi's father, Dr Rajesh Talwar was attacked inside court premises in the previous hearing, Ghaziabad district judge, and special judicial magistrate, Priti Singh, ordered the remaining proceedings to be held away from public eye.

Tuesday's hearing will happen with just the lawyers and litigants related to the case present. Not even the media will be allowed inside the court room.

On January 25, Dr Talwar was assaulted after case proceedings. His attacker, Utsav Sharma, was said to be suffering from bipolar disorder and had attacked Talwar with a meat cleaver. Sharma was then arrested and sent to judicial custody.

Sharma's judicial custody, too, ends on Tuesday. He will be produced before a chief judicial magistrate — just a few rooms away from the special court hearing the double murder case's closure report.
