I-Day security: No parking in Delhi Metro station premises on Aug 14, 15

The parking premises will be cleaned during the brief closure period during which the authorities have also planned an inspection drive.

“Parking facilities will not be available at Delhi Metro stations from 6am on 14th August till 2pm on 15th August in view of the security measures adopted on the occasion of Independence Day,” an official said.

Security measures have been stepped up in the national capital ahead of Independence Day following a series of attacks in crowded places around the world.
