There are toilets but the water cooler is not functional, a particular problem during the summer.

The visitors are sent to a shabby, single, tap protruding out of a moss-covered wall to drink water, in the most unhygienic manner. That is why tourists and domestic visitors have to carry water bottles.

Most of the lawns in the large premises are kept neatly manicured and are clean.

But at several places, sweepers had collected heaps of garbage, with plastic and dry leaves.
