SC asks HC to settle pen row

The Supreme Court has directed the Delhi High Court to decide the dispute between German brand Montblanc Simplo GMBH and Mumbai-based Add Corporation over trademark infringement within 3 months.

The Supreme Court has directed the Delhi High Court to decide the dispute between German brand Montblanc Simplo GMBH and Mumbai-based Add Corporation over trademark infringement within 3 months.

A bench directed the High Court to decide the case between Montblanc and ADD, by conducting day to day hearing.

Earlier, the High Court had restrained ADD from selling its pen after the German major alleged that the Indian firm had infringed its registered trademarks on — ‘Starwalker’, ‘Miesterstruck’ and ‘three-ring device’.
