SC permits export of endosulfan formulation

An apex court bench headed by chief justice SH Kapadia, while permitting the export, said the same would be channelised through public sector undertaking Hindustan Insecticides Ltd.

The court on May 13 banned the production and sale of endosulfan in the country as it is blamed for causing ailments in humans.
