Scuffle snowballs into big fight, brothers assaulted

A trivial argument over a car brushing against a sports utility vehicle (SUV) snowballed into a big fight when a group of youths allegedly assaulted two brothers at the accident site first and then in the government hospital where the brothers were being treated.

A trivial argument over a car brushing against a sports utility vehicle (SUV) snowballed into a big fight when a group of youth allegedly assaulted two brothers at the accident site first and then in the government hospital where the brothers were being treated.

Terror prevailed in the hospital as a group of 10-12 unruly youths barged into the casualty section of the Civil Hospital and assaulted the brothers and their friends in the presence of the doctors and nursing staff.

The seriously injured duo was later referred to Safdarjung Hospital in Delhi .

However, DCP (West) V P Godara said that both the sides had a history of confrontation and the matter was resolved in the Panchayat recently.
