Police said Mohd Saif, Zeeshan, Zia-ur-Rehman, Saquib Nissar, Mohd Shakeel, Quamuddin and Mohd Sadiq Sheikh, all members of Indian Mujahideen, have been named.
The police said all the accused were involved in the criminal conspiracy of carrying out blasts in the Capital, while accused Zeeshan and Sajid, killed in the Batla House encounter on September 19, had planted the bomb at Barakhamba Road.
In the chargesheet filed before Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Sanjay Bansal, Assistant Commissioner of Police Sanjeev Yadav listed 78 persons as prosecution witnesses to prove charges against the accused.
The police also told the court that forensic reports of a seized laptop, mobile phones and other documents are still awaited, and a report on these would be filed later.
Delhi Police secured non-bailable warrants against 12 absconding accused for February 16, and have named 28 terrorists for the Delhi serial bomb blasts.
Taking the chargesheets into consideration, the courts issued production warrants against six accused in the custody of Ahmedabad police. The police charged the seven accused with various offences, including murder and attempt to murder under the IPC and invoked provisions of Explosive Substances Act and the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act.
