Signal snag affects 12 trains

Some 12 trains, running on the Delhi-Howrah route, were stranded after the signal system developed snag at Mugalsarai station due to heavy rains.

The system developed a snag last night due to torrential rains, Divisional Rail Manager, Mughalsarai Railway Station, DK Gayan said.

Nearly 12 trains were affected, he said. This evening, the signal system was repaired and the movement of trains was started, Gyan added.
