We tell you all about the finalists of Campus Ka Mahayuddh

While college cut-offs are soaring higher than ever, how high is the coolness quotient of these colleges? In a bid to find this out, we launched the contest for the coolest college on campus as part of the HT City-Fever 104 Campus Ka Mahayuddh. After month-long voting, we got our top three front-runners — Hindu College, Shri Ram College of Commerce, and Hans Raj College. Read on for the categories in which they proved their prowess at our debates.

Shri Ram College of Commerce
Touted as the best commerce college in the country, SRCC was founded in 1932. From popular and successful alumni such as filmmaker Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra and actor Gulshan Grover, to building a state-of-the-art infrastructure, the college today is one of the finest institutions to have seen a cut-off as high as 100% in the recent years. The principal of the college is Dr PC Jain.

Hans Raj College
Founded on July 26, 1948, the college has carved out a niche for itself, be it in academics or co-curricular activities. The college was founded in the memory of educationist Mahatma Hans Raj. It has alumni in different fields such as the civil services, armed forces, judiciary, private and public sectors, media and television and films. Dr VK Kawatra is the principal of the college.

Hindu College
Founded in 1899, the college has Science, Commerce and Humanities streams. Known for its dramatics society, Ibtida, which was founded by Bollywood filmmaker Imtiaz Ali, the college has popular alumni from different fields, including sports, acting, and politics, among others. The principal of the college is Dr Pradumn Kumar.
