State ATS gets Jundal's custody
A Delhi court on Friday handed over 26/11 handler Abu Jundal’s custody to the Maharashtra Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS), after almost a month of questioning him. Jundal will be produced before the Esplanade Court in Mumbai on Saturday.

A Delhi court on Friday handed over 26/11 handler Abu Jundal’s custody to the Maharashtra Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS), after almost a month of questioning him. Jundal will be produced before the Esplanade Court in Mumbai on Saturday.
Jundal was brought to the city on Fri-day night amidst heavy police deployment. There is expected to bea tight security cover in the court where he will be produced.
Joint commissioner of police (crime), Himanshu Roy, said eminent lawyer Ujjwal Nikam, who is the special public prosecutor in the 26/11 case, will represent the Mumbai crime branch in court.
