The findings of the study are expected to be out by April 24 next year, Panchayati Raj Minister Mani Shankar Aiyer said on Tuesday.

“I do not think the results will show that the situation is the same everywhere,” Aiyer remarked at a meeting of the empowered sub-committee of the National Development Council. Leaders at the meeting also decided on putting up a demand for the convening of an exclusive NDC meeting to discuss PRI-related issues.
