The first incident took place in Dwarka. "Jagmohan Kumar, a driver, was was on his way to his office in a Toyota Innova when he was intercepted by three bike-borne men at Dwarka's Sector 6.

Two of them made Kumar hostage at gunpoint for one and half-hours. They roughed him up and threw him out of car near Palam after which the victim made a PCR call," said the police.

A similar incident also happened in Naraina.

Some goons held a driver captive at gunpoint and beat him up before getting away with his Innova. The victim, Ajay Kumar Gupta, alleged eight traffic personnel saw the incident while he was being attacked in the moving car near Hyatt Hotel but did not help him.

Gupta, who works with a taxi service in Kalkaji, was on his way to his office after dropping passengers.

The assailants, who were following him in a Maruti, took him hostage at gunpoint near the Mayapuri flyover. "They asked me to lie down on the rear seat and tied my neck with the seat belt, he said.

The miscreants pushed Gupta out of the moving car near a CNG station near the hotel and fled with the car.
