Trouble began for the second time as soon as the Question Hour was over with four members from TDP storming the Well carrying placards saying, "We want united AP". They were soon joined in by S K Bwismuthiary (BPF) demanding separate Bodoland.

Earlier, the House was adjourned minutes after it met for the day as TDP members from coastal Andhra and Rayalseema
disrupted proceedings protesting against the announcement for a separate Telangana.

The trouble continued after Question Hour with TDP members K Narayana Rao, M Venu Gopala Reddy, N Kristappa and N
Sivaprasad raising slogans even as Speaker Meira Kumar asked them not to display placards, saying the members should observe "sanctity" of the House.

Fissures in TDP and Congress were visible with a lone TDP member R Ramesh trooping into the Well in favour of separate Telangana.

Groups of Congress members from Telangana and other regions of Andhra Pradesh were on their feet chanting slogans
in favour and against a separate state.
