Utsav Sharma's bail plea postponed till Thursday
The hearing on the bail application of Utsav Sharma, who assaulted murdered teenager Aarushi's father Rajesh Talwar, was put off till Thursday by a local court today.
The hearing on the bail application of Utsav Sharma, who assaulted murdered teenager Aarushi's father Rajesh Talwar, was put off till Thursday by a local court on Wednesday.
The medical report of Sharma could not be submitted in the court of Additional District and Session Judge Shyam Lal and so the hearing has been postponed for Thursday, said Sharma's lawyer S C Chaudhary.
30 year old Sharma, who has been charged with attempt to murder, is undergoing treatment on jail premises.
On Tuesday, his judicial custody was extended by 14 days by the court in Ghaziabad.
Sharma had attacked Talwar with a cleaver on January 25 on the court premises. His family claimed that he was mentally disturbed.
In February last year, Sharma had attacked former DGP SPS Rathore, who was convicted in the Ruchika Girhotra molestation case, outside a Panchkula court in Haryana.
