VIPS Spandan kickstarts on November 13

The Annual Mega Media Festival - VIPS Spandan 2014 - organized by the Media Studies Department of Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies is back with added zeal and enthusiasm.

The Annual Mega Media Festival - VIPS Spandan 2014 - organized by the Media Studies Department of Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies is back with added zeal and enthusiasm. Commencing on 13th Nov 2014, the four- day fest will host more than 25 competitive and non-competitive events.

Highlighting its theme 'Media Carnival', Spandan is a riot of energetic ambience and a hub of learning and merriment with diverse events like Media Panchayat, Live Reporting, RJ Hunt, Street and Group Dance, X Factor, Fashion Parade, Battle of Bands, Quiz, Street Play, Ad Mad and many more. Not only this, it gives platform to the students to raise their voice on socio-political issues through Street Plays, Debates and Discussions.

Mr Vijay Vidrohi, Executive Editor, ABP News and Darain Shahidi, Senior Journalist, DD News will grace the event with their presence in the inauguration ceremony on the first day of the fest.

Spandan celebrates its eleventh year with a success of around 400+ registrations, and 40+ colleges across the country with an expected footfall of over 15000. The festival promises to drench the capital in its vigour and diverse hues.
