Terrorism is high on the priority list of the BJP, quite literally! As it plans to make terrorism — along with the Amarnath issue, inflation and Ram Setu — a major issue in the “Yuva Kranti Rally” to be organised by its youth wing, the Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha on Saturday made unprecedented preparations to ensure security during the rally.

For the first time ever, the BJYM will use 15-20 wireless sets at the venue. “We have divided the whole ground into blocks of 200-300 seating capacity. Each such block will be under the charge of a party worker or rakshak who will stand guard. This apart, there will be party workers with wireless sets moving in the crowd. If alerted by any rakshak, the party workers with wireless sets will promptly pass the message all over the ground,” BJYM national president Amit Thaker said.

The BJP has decided to make a list of all people arriving from outside Delhi, bus-wise and train-wise. The party thus plans to know the identity of anyone who enters Delhi on that day for the rally, so that anyone can be traced.
