It’s yet another case of failed relationship. Kuldeep Singh, 23, shot his girlfreind Santosh, 20, after she declined his marriage proposal.
Singh, a resident of Sonipat has been arrested by the Delhi Police under attempt to murder.
“He came to Santosh’s house with a country-made weapon and opened fire at her. Santosh has sustained injuries over her left palm and forehead,” said a senior police officer.
