Eligibility: Candidates applying for the scholarship must be a female of Asian or Pacific Islander ancestry and a US citizen or permanent resident. He/she must have demonstrated a leadership role in a community endeavour and/or a record of entrepreneurial achievement. Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited four-year undergraduate institution in the United States at the time of application and award and must have completed at least one semester. A minimum of 3.0 (out of 4.0) GPA and one professional recommendation is required
