Eligibility: An applicant must have first class or above throughout and a valid research fellowship from University Grants Commission/Council of Scientific & Industrial Research/Indian Council of Medical Research/Department of Biotechnology/Department of Science and Technology - INSPIRE and should be less than 28 years of age as on June 1, 2013. Schedule caste/schedule tribe candidates with a valid fellowship need to have only 50% marks. They will be eligible for age relaxation as per rules, and are exempted from paying processing fees
