GATE-qualified with a bachelor’s degree, with at least 55% marks in aggregate, in the respective branch of engineering and technology from any Indian university included in the approved list of Association of Indian Universities (AIU). (b) For self-financing/sponsored students: BTech/BE or any other equivalent degree in textile technology/textile chemistry/fashion and apparel engineering with at least 55% marks in the aggregate from Maharshi Dayanand University (MDU) or from any Indian university included in the approved list of the Association of Indian Universities or any other equivalent degree in the appropriate discipline/related discipline from a foreign university recognised by the Academic Council of MDU for the purpose of admission to this course
