Alia Bhatt was glowing as she stepped out for her sister Shaheen Bhatt's birthday on Monday. Check out her pictures and videos.

Alia Bhatt took a much needed break from mommy duties on Monday to pay her sister Shaheen Bhatt and mother Soni Razdan a visit. Shaheen celebrates her birthday on Monday and looks like the party was at Soni's home. Also read:

Alia was spotted in her car by the paparazzi. She wore a black outfit, tied her hair back and wore chunky golden hoops in her ears. Check out the video:

Earlier in the day, she had wished Shaheen with a special post on Instagram. She shared two photos of them from her wedding album. She wrote with the post: “Happy birthday to the BEST person ever .. my sweetie .. my little melon smiggle pop I love you so much that no amount of cute - mushy - sweet sounding words will ever be enough Okay bye calling you in one hour.” Shaheen and Alia are the daughters of filmmaker Mahesh Bhatt and actor Soni Razdan.

Meanwhile, Alia's actor-husband Ranbir Kapoor was also spotted by the paparazzi in the afternoon outside his under-construction home. He was seen cycling around Mumbai streets on his e-bike. He wore a white printed shirt, blue jeans and a blue cap. He did not speak with the paparazzi but waved them a hi.

Ranbir and Alia got married in April and soon announced that they were expecting their first child. Their daughter was born on November 6. Revealing her name Alia wrote in an Instagram post, “The name Raha (chosen by her wise and wonderful Dadi) has so many beautiful meanings…Raha, in its purest form means divine path in Swahili she is Joy, In Sanskrit, Raha is a clan, In Bangla - rest, comfort, relief, in Arabic peace, it also means happiness, freedom & bliss. And true to her name, from the first moment we held her - we felt it ALL! Thank you Raha, for bringing our family to life, it feels as though our lives have only just begun."
