A day after Kareena Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan took a test drive of a new SUV, Shahid Kapoor, too, went on one. See the video, pictures here.

Shahid Kapoor went on a test drive in a new car, in a video that has surfaced online. Only on Tuesday, Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor were seen trying out a new vehicle.

In the video, Shahid is seen seated on the back seat of a car as it leaves his place. Later, he got out from the seat next to the driver. He was in home clothes but had a mask on.

On Tuesday, Kareena made her first public appearance after giving birth to her second child and was spotted with Saif. She wore a blue and white kaftan for the occasion.

After completing the shoot of his film, Jersey, Shahid has mostly stayed home. While he is not very regular with his Instagram posts, wife Mira Rajput more than compensates. She recently posted a video where they nailed the viral video trend, 'Centre of Gravity Challenge'.

Mira shared a short clip and wrote, "Always up for a challenge, Mr Kapoor. You're a smooth operator. Nailed it," using a kiss emoticon in the caption.

The celebrity couple have two kids together - four-year-old baby girl Misha and two-year-old baby boy Zain.

Talking of his upcoming films, Shahid's Jersey will see him essaying the role of a cricketer in the movie. He is also set to star in filmmakers Raj and DK's upcoming OTT project which will also feature actor Raashi Khanna.

After the completion of Jersey in the midst of a raging pandemic, he had written: "It’s a film wrap on #jersey .... 47 days of shoot during covid. Just unbelievable. I am so proud of the entire team. It’s nothing short of a miracle. I want to thank each and every one from the unit for coming to set every day, putting themselves at risk and doing what we all love doing. Telling stories that touch hearts and make a difference. Jersey is a story that speaks of a Phoenix rising from the ashes. The triumph of an indomitable spirit. If there was ever a time I could connect with the underlying spirit of a film this was it. As we all fight through this pandemic. Let’s always remember. This shall pass too. Here’s to my best filmmaking experience yet. Here’s to Jersey ... we shall overcome !!!!"

The film, which is a remake of the hit Telugu film of the same name, will release on Diwali, November 5. It also stars Mrunal Thakur.
